My experience was excellent! After several negative experiences with 2 different acupuncture
specialists, I was very reluctant to give it another try. I am so happy that I did. Jacques is a
gentle, soft spoken and knowledgable acupuncturist. In just a few visits, my symptoms
diminished significantly. I completely agree with the other positive comments...his treatments
provide lasting results.

This clinic is fully staffed which makes things run smooth. I've gone to some places that
were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. They always make an
extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every
question or concern I may have. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need,
which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it
always made me very uneasy. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they
told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they
were incorporating that knowledge into the practice.

Jacques is a true professional with many, many years of traditional Chinese medicine training
and mastery under his belt. I have seen him numerous times over the years when nothing else
seems to work, and I'm always amazed that he can straighten out whatever's ailing me, usually
