Worry is a real hurdle for anyone hoping for a calmer, happier, more fulfilling life.
This course will dive into the real stuff talked about in the March 25th online talk Worry Is Not Love, sponsored by the YWCA Darien & Norwalk Parent Awareness group. This course will be led by certified life coach, Jessica Depardieu. Get ready to journey through the Five Essential Steps to breaking the worry habit, understand the far-reaching effects worry has on ourselves, our children & loved ones, and, via the Five Reclamations, build the habit of love, courage and confidence into your daily life.
